Travel Theme: Beaches

*Alternate title: I Got 99 Problems But a Beach Ain’t One.  Face-palm? Giggle?  Your choice. 🙂

Ailsa’s travel theme this week is beaches.  I must thank her because looking through my pictures was a great way for me to jumpstart my summer vacation planning! I hadn’t realized just how many beaches I’ve had the pleasure of visiting, and these don’t include the ones from the pre-digital photography era.  I have been blessed! There are all kinds of beaches in the world…

    1. Of course I had to go there! Since you’re a Floridian, I’m sure you know it isn’t technically a “real” beach…but it was super fun to see my name on a sign. 🙂

    1. Thanks, Seonaid! Hawaii has 4 out of the 5 major climate zones in the world, and 8 out of 13 of the sub-zones. We experienced all of them in one day driving around The Big Island. It was amazing. And, Hello Volcano!!! You can’t go wrong with a trip to Hawaii. It lived up to all my expectations and more. 🙂
